Earth Day in Oakland!
We were blessed with GORGEOUS weather on celebrating Earth Day planning trees in Oakland. It's always fun and exciting when people come together to make our community Greener and brighter. It was so much fun documenting the whole process!
We also had a special visitor, Oakland Mayor, Libby Schaaf! She listened to everyone's voices and danced with us. What a pleasant surprise ;)

Bloomies on Main - hidden gem
I had the pleasure meeting both Eileen and Sarah thru a wedding photoshoot in Fall of 2016. They are one of the most generous, kind and creative people I've ever known. I couldn't find a florist to sponsor the photoshoot, and Bloomies on Main came highly recommended by the venue, so I thought, well, it doesn't hurt to contact them. Worst case is they'll just say no.
NO, they did not say NO to me. Instead, they only ask me, "what color theme and style do you want?" That was it! I was in aw... and almost in tears. This makes me firmly believe, support local business is the way to go. We support each other and help each other grow, the best way to thrive~
